Situation: Hybrid places digital marketing teams inside its clients' organisations and builds the websites those teams run campaigns on. The sites have to perform—technically and commercially—and evolve as fast as the marketing does.
Contribution: Development on several Hybrid web projects: building and optimising client websites for performance and conversion, and delivering the changes their marketing specialists needed as campaigns evolved.

Contribution: Product engineering and operation of revisit.pro: a lightweight recording script, full-fidelity DOM replay and heatmaps, AI analysis that flags friction and drafts issue tickets, and GDPR-first masking before data leaves the browser.

Any PDF bank statement into a clean spreadsheet, in seconds

Situation: Bookkeepers and finance teams receive statements as PDFs from hundreds of banks, each with its own layout. Retyping transactions is slow and error-prone, and generic OCR breaks on every new format.
Contribution: Product engineering of bankstatementtoxlsx.com: a library of bank-specific converters that vote on the incoming format, an AI step that writes a new converter when none matches, strict schema validation so every Excel or CSV output has the same structure, and in-memory processing with no statement storage.

Helping a whole country find where to take its waste

Situation: Hungary's national waste management company runs hundreds of collection yards, REpont return points, and mobile yards. Residents need to find the nearest place that accepts a specific kind of waste, filtered by service and address, on any device.
Contribution: Development of the map-based search on mohu.hu: a guided three-step navigator (service, address, filters), a browsable map view of every location, and the location and filter data model behind it, accessible-mode support included.
